80 -talet!

Tack!

Favourite color combination...

I love the colors and metal finish I´ve worked with on this project and I haven´t used the false metal technique in a very long time!

But I just went totally mad when tryind to take pics this morning :( I don´t know why but it doesn´t show the real true colors on cardstock and some other elements but I couldn´t do it any better...

I have used a digitial stamp from Ike´s Art "robot 2" wow I´m totally in love with this girl! Too bad I don´t color that well...

The backing and flowers is covered with metal tape and then dry embossed with TH folders. Covered in some black acrylic paint and glitter. The die cut leaves is a strip die from TH.

1. I want to take part in the Ike World Challenges TIC-TAC-TOE and I used the glitter, flowers and embossing row ( hope it counts with dry embossing).

2. Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers Challenge #2 - U is for Unused (used the false metal technique)

 3. Allsorts Challenge Blog: Week 247  Ladies Day ( It is a lady on my card)

Thank you for watching my card! xx

Grungy....

 Tack! :)

Fairy girl...

I saw the challenge over at HDH and the theme Frightening Fairies and knew instantly what to make :) The Dt´s projects where also very inspiring.

I found some brown plastic skellie parts at a backyard vintage sale. There was no head but I bought it anyways. I found a bead skellie head in a bead shop. Painted the parts in black and then white. Made a bracelet with mini seadbeads. Painted some plastic wobbled eyes with red and added to head. Trashed some lace trim and painted with a little bit of white then added to body parts. I found a wing template on google, printed it out and draw it with a black marker on white vellum paper. Added some glitter stickles and painted the back of wings in black.

I just love this girl! She looks happy but you never know ;)
She is about 17 cm long.

I want to enter the Haunted Design House: Macabre Monday Challenge #182 -Frightening Fairies

Thank you for watching my project!

The Death Moth

Made a tag and played with random colors of perfect pearls and water on black manilla tag. I did the same thing on lace. The moth is a digi from Delicious Doodles Shop : Death´s Head Hawkmoth. I colored the moth with Sakura gelly rolls and tried to give it some 3D effect with layers. Added some matching bling.

Challenge #75 - Ribbon and Bling

Saucy Girl...

Hi,

I made an ATC today with a rubber stamp from the Artistic Stamper" Saucy Girl 1". She is stamped with distress markers on watercolor paper and the edges is torned and distressed with ink pad "dusty concord". Part of the image is covered with distress stickles "clear rock candy". The backing is first covered with ditress ink pad and then covered with distress powder "tattered rose" for a bit of worn look. The flowers are also covered in distress powder to match.

February 2014 Challenge - Use Distress

Thank you for watching my ATC! xx

PUPPY LUV

I have to admit. I love animals more than humans :)

Made this ATC with a cute freebie made by Ike. I bought a new printer (finally). The cute border paw punch is from EK Success. I think the bones are fron YouDo and added some 3D fabric hearts.

Thank you! xx

Dubbelsidigt papper från Nikki Sivils "my friend birdie".

*FOR BLOODY VALENTINE DAY 3, PLEASE SCROLL DOWN FOR THE POST UNDER THIS ONE! ♥

Tack!

Todays bloody offering is a bookmark that I made for my calendar. I´ve used the "brushless watercolor technique" that i learned in the Creative Chemistry 101 class with Tim Holtz. Stamped the rubber stamps from "heart wings" (from Smeared Ink Rubber club) with distress markers in black and red, sprayed it with water and stamped on watercolor paper. Distressed the background with the same colors but with ink blending tool and ink pad. I tried to avoid the inner white on stamps because I wanted them to stand out a little bit more than the rest. Splotched with distress ink stain a few times. Coated the bookmark several times.
Stamped the metal tag with metal stamps and covered with acohol ink.

Made a tag for today. used glossy cardstock and alcohol inked it with red and blending solution, stamped the rubber stamp "heart" from the set Quoth the Raven that I got from Smeared Ink Rubber Club. Also used a background stamp from the same set. I covered the heart with a heavy layer of  distress crackle paint clear rock candy. For a more intense red color on the heart,  I alcohol inked the crackle paint once it dried. The letters are rub-ons covered with red glitter stickles. Added some arteries doodling to match.

I want to enter this tag in the Corrosive Challenge-192 feel the love

Thank you for watching my project for day two!

A few years back I got this lovely pendant locket from LadyB in a Valentine Swap. Finally I knew what to do with it. The heart on top and ball chain is added now, by me. For the inside I´ve used two digi stamps from Smeared Ink "dripping heart" and "watchful eye" both available in the shop. ( I don´t have a printer at the moment but I found them laying in my stash). They are colored with distress markers. for the heart and outline of the eye I´ve used one step crackle paint and for the iris and dripping blood, glossy accent.

Don´t I have a stud for a lover who sends me a pic of himself!? ;)

Thank you for watching my project and enjoy the roll!

Carpe Diem

Tack!

Kickstart your Art day 7

I had a blast during these seven days. My absolute favourite of them all is the one I did for this challenge, no doubt!

Today's Challenge:
Easy water blotting background

I used distress ink, sprays and water for the background. The star die cuts is from an old book. Glued them on with modpoge and then distress ink and water, a kind of resist tecnique that turned out very cool. The letters is rub-ons and some star rubber stamps.

Thank you!

I´ve used a brickmask,  two texture stamps and made some texture on top with black gesso.
